All of the fascia is interconnected like a web throughout the body, so even small restrictions can have a widespread effect. Restrictions in the fascia can be caused by injury, overuse, postural imbalance, etc. - and for most of us, as time goes by, these events start to add up.
Facial fine tuning aims to untangle this built up fascial stiffness by addressing restrictions precisely and specifically, one at a time, as the body shows us the most important locations.
